While browsing the web to find an accomodation at Bantayan Island Cebu, I finally decided to book two rooms at Anika Island Resort, which cost P1,500 each. Most of the resorts in this island is really expensive ranging from 1500 to 5000, or even more. As for homestay, I wasn’t able to research if there are any in the island.
What to expect at Anika?
- They have a free shuttle service that will fetch you at the port and will also bring you back to the port.
- They have a closed air con area to leave your things if your arrival is way too early than the check-in time (2pm), or just a place for you to relax while waiting for your room to be ready.
- They have a restaurant which offers delicious food, but quite expensive! (No pic taken)
- Every room has its own veranda, which serves also as a dining area since there are no tables inside the room. The aircon functions well, the bed is so comfy I just want to sleep all day long, their pillows are, too. They have hot shower, a very nice restroom.
